The stack

Everything between the foot and the ground.

A technical sole is four or five layers, each moulded for one job. We make all of them under one roof, so they are designed to bond, flex and wear together.

Compounds and lab

We mix our own rubber.

Every compound has a card with its hardness, density and abrasion, and every batch is tested before it goes into a mould. Ask for the plaques with your sample and feel them before you choose.

The sample room

Start with a pair you can hold.

  1. Choose the footwear and how it is built.
  2. Build the stack, layer by layer.
  3. Pick the size, the pairs and the colours.
  4. Send it, and get a tag with your sample reference.

Production from 300 pairs per colour. If your sole needs a new mould, we quote it before we cut it.

Factory

We mix compounds, machine moulds and press soles in the same plant, and we can trace every pair back to its batch. A third of our catalogue compounds already carry post-industrial recycled rubber from our own offcuts.
